How to Add or Edit Text

Use the Text page to add or edit text descriptions for codes that are used throughout ND MMIS. You can also void provider notice text and terminate text for some codes.

Optionally, you can:

To add or edit text

  1. On the Rules Mgmt menu, click Text Management.
  2. Search for the type of text that you want to add to make sure that it doesn't exist or that you want to edit.
  3. To add or edit text, do one of the following:
  4. On the Text page, select Text Type if the field is not pre-populated.

    The fields in the Text Detail panel depend on the type of text.

  5. In the Text Detail panel, complete the fields for the type of text:
  6. On the Text action bar, click Save.
