(the plus sign) beside a panel to open the panel. Click 
(the minus sign) to close the panel. You can retrieve audit log activity on any page by clicking the Audit link on the page's action bar, if available. Then you expand the appropriate Audit panel to view details for the particular record.
You can open or close certain panels. Click (the plus sign) beside a panel to open the panel. Click (the minus sign) to close the panel.

| Table Name | The name of the table in the ND MMIS database. |
| Field | The name of the field in the ND MMIS database. |
| Type of Operation |
Indicates the type of activity that was performed on the table. If the field is a primary key for the record and was changed, the activity type is always Add. Primary key fields are never updated on the table, but are always deleted and added back with the new information. Examples: Update, Add |
| Before | The contents of the field before it was changed. |
| After | The contents of the field after it was changed. |
| Transaction ID | Unique identifier associated with the transaction that caused an audit record to be written to ND MMIS. |
| Key Type | A short description of the information that is contained in the first column of the database table (record). |
| Key | The content of the information contained in the first column of the database table (record). |
