How to View the Audit Log

If your user permissions allow, you can access audit logs from pages where it is available on the action bar. To see audit details, expand the audit panel for the particular record.

If your user permissions allow you access to the Project Control menu, you can search all audit logs with Global Audit Search.

To view audit details

1. If any panel is open on the page, click (the minus sign) to close it.

2. On the action bar of the page, click Audit Log.

   Audit information is retrieved to be displayed when requested. Audit panels are not available until audit information has been retrieved.

3. To expand the Audit panel for a particular record, click (the plus sign).
4. In the Audit panel, review the audit details.
5. To close the Audit panel, click (the minus sign).
