My Account allows users logged on to North Dakota MMIS Web Portal to change their password or personal identification number (PIN).
Each of the following users access different areas of the North Dakota MMIS Web Portal. In their respective areas they are allowed to change their PIN or password using My Account, as follows:
The provider community uses a password to log on to North Dakota MMIS Web Portal to perform various functions like checking Member eligibility and inquiring on claims status and payments.
Providers who use the Automated Voice Response (AVR) system also have a PIN that is used together with the provider ID for access. It is normally changed through that system and not online. However, if AVR access has been locked, the Organization Administrator for a provider can reset the provider organization’s AVR PIN using the Manager Users function of the North Dakota MMIS Web Portal.
State and Medical Services personnel use a password to log on to ND MMIS.
These types of users cannot change their passwords using North Dakota MMIS Web Portal. Passwords are maintained in Active Directory. Clicking Change Password in the My Account function directs you to the appropriate Active Directory page.
