How to Add or Edit Keywords

You use the Maintain Keywords page to add or edit keywords. Keywords are used as input values on the Letter Generation Request page in the Other Details panel. You also use this page to link keywords to specific templates.

Optionally, you can:

To add or edit a keyword

  1. On the Contact Mgmt menu, point to Maintenance, and then click Keywords.
  2. On the Maintain Keywords page, do one of the following:
  3. In the Keyword panel, complete the fields.
  4. On the Keyword action bar, click Save.
