If you are an Enterprise Administrator, you use the View/Edit view of the Manage Users page to view or edit a user's information in any organization. However, if the user selected has a role of Enterprise Administrator, then you can only activate or deactivate the user.
If you are an Organization Administrator, you use the View/Edit view of the Manage Users page to view or edit a user's information in your organization.
Field Name | Description |

User ID |
The logon identifier assigned to the user to gain access to the application. |
User Status |
The status of the user ID. Examples: Active, Locked, Inactive |
Organization |
The name of the organization to which the user is assigned, based upon the person's assigned user type. Organization name might not be unique. Examples: Users from the provider community are assigned to the organization called Provider. You might also have an organization of trading partners or Medical Services employees. |
Last Login | The date that the user last logged in to the application. |
Password Expiry | The date that password for the user ID expires. The user is requested to enter a new password. Normally occurs every 45 days. |
Prefix |
Title that comes before a person's legal name indicating how he or she is to be addressed personally or within a letter. Examples: Mr., Mrs., Ms, Dr. |
Last Name |
The legal last name of the person. Format: 35 Characters Examples: Stone, Smith, Jones, Apple |
First Name |
The legal first name of the person. Example: Ida |
MI |
The middle initial of the person's name. Format: 1 character Examples: A, B, C, I, O, E |
Suffix |
Additional information about the user that follows the person's legal name providing a social, academic or professional title. Examples: Sr., Jr., III, PhD., Esq. |
Phone / Ext |
The contact phone number and extension of the user. Phone Format: NNN-NNN-NNNN or up to 10 numeric Extension Format: NNNN Example: 603-555-1212 1027 |
The e-mail address of the user. Example: ijones@myemail.com |

Designated as Supervisor | Indicates whether the user is a supervisor. This field may not be displayed. |

The line of business (the high-level payer or funding source) to which the user belongs. This field may not be displayed. Example: Medicaid, |
What Work Units does this user belong? | The work units in the organization to which the person belongs. This field may not be displayed. |
What roles will this user have in the organization? |
The roles for which the user is responsible. Examples: Customer Care Representative, Claims Specialist |
