How to Edit an Appeal

You can edit member appeals and administrative hearings.

Optionally, you can:

To edit an appeal

  1. On the Member menu, click Member Appeals Inquiry.

    Tip: If you are already accessing a member's information on any Member page, you can use the Quick Links to navigate to the appeals page without having to search again.

  2. Search for the member.

  3. On the Member Appeals page, in the Appeals table, click the row for the appeal you wish to edit.

  4. Complete the fields.
  5. ClosedTo add or edit an administrative hearing, in the Administrative Hearing panel, complete the fields.

    1. Do one of the following:
      • To add, click Add Administrative Hearing.
      • To edit, in the Administrative Hearing table, click the appropriate row.
    2. In the Administrative Hearing panel, complete the fields.
    3. On the Administrative Hearing action bar, click Save.
  6. On the Member Appeals action bar, click Save.
