What Is Member Appeals Inquiry?

If you have the appropriate security permissions, you can search and edit member appeals and administrative hearings using the Member Appeals Inquiry function of Member.

An appeals inquiry is performed when, for example, a service authorization or pre-certification is denied and the member wishes to have the decision reviewed. By using the Member Appeals Inquiry function in ND MMIS, the information can be found and updated.
