How to Edit EDMS Defaults

You use the EDMS Defaults page to edit Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) default values.

Optionally, you can:

To edit EDMS defaults

  1. On the Ct Mgmt menu, point to Maintenance, and then click EDMS Defaults.
  2. On the EDMS Defaults page, in the EDMS Defaults table, click the row for the appropriate document type.

  3. In the EDMS Defaults panel, select the EDMS Type.

    Additional fields are displayed if the EDMS Type is for a correspondence or case.

  4. If applicable, in the Case or Correspondence panel that is displayed, complete the fields.

    Note: The Work Unit field is dimmed if the user in the Route To field belongs to only one work unit. It is editable if the user belongs to more than one work unit.

  5. On the panel action bar, click Save.
