How to Delete Duplicate Check Criteria

You can delete duplicate check criteria if the beginning date is later than or equal to the current date.

You can also chose to edit the duplicate check criteria and close it with an ending date, making it no longer used for processing claims dated after this date.

You can also void duplicate check criteria.

To delete duplicate check criteria

  1. On the Claims menu, point to Adjudication, and then click Duplicate Check.

    Tip: To filter the table to show specific assignments, use the Display Filter options, and then click Filter.

  2. On the Duplicate Check Criteria page, in the Duplicate Check Criteria table, click the row of the information you want to delete.
  3. On the Duplicate Check Criteria action bar, click Delete.
