How to Add or Edit Duplicate Check Criteria

You use the Duplicate Check Criteria page to set up the criteria the ND MMIS uses to identify a duplicate claim or line item.

Optionally, you can:

To add or edit duplicate check criteria

  1. On the Claims menu, point to Adjudication, and then click Duplicate Check.

    Tip: To filter the table to show specific assignments, use the Display Filter options, and then click Filter.

  2. On the Duplicate Check Criteria page, do one of the following:

  3. In the Duplicate Check Criteria panel, complete the fields.
  4. On the Duplicate Check Criteria action bar, click Save.
