How to Void Duplicate Check Criteria

You can void duplicate check criteria if the beginning date of the information is in the past. If the beginning date is the current date or in the future, it can be deleted. After the criteria has been voided, it cannot be changed or deleted.

To add or edit duplicate check criteria

  1. On the Claims menu, point to Adjudication, and then click Duplicate Check.

    Tip: To filter the table to show specific assignments, use the Display Filter options, and then click Filter.

  2. On the Duplicate Check Criteria page, in the Duplicate Check Criteria table, click the row of the information you want to void.
  3. In the Duplicate Check Criteria panel, in the Void field, click Yes.
  4. On the Duplicate Check Criteria action bar, click Save.
