How to Merge Suspect Duplicates

Occasionally, you may need to merge two suspected duplicate members into one member.

Optionally, you can:

To merge a suspected duplicate

  1. On the Member menu, click Merge Suspect Duplicates.
  2. Search for the target member.
  3. On the Merge Suspect Duplicate Members page, in the Suspect Duplicates panel, select if you want to perform the merge online or using a batch process.
  4. ClosedIn the Suspect Duplicates table, if the source you want to merge with the target is not listed, add the member:
    1. Click Add Suspect Duplicates.
    2. In the Add Suspect Duplicates panel, complete the fields.

      Tip: You can search for a particular source member.

    3. On the Add Suspect Duplicates action bar, click Save.
  5. In the Suspect Duplicates table, select the member you want to merge with the target.

    Note: Only one member can be merged at a time. More than one member can be excluded.

  6. On the Merge Suspect Duplicate Members action bar, click Save.
