How to Merge Suspect Duplicates
Occasionally, you may need to merge two suspected duplicate members into one member.
Optionally, you can:
To merge a suspected duplicate
- On the Member menu, click Merge Suspect Duplicates.
- Search for the target member.
- On the Merge Suspect Duplicate Members page, in the Suspect Duplicates panel, select if you want to perform the merge online or using a batch process.

In the Suspect Duplicates table, if the source you want to merge with the target is not listed, add the member: - Click Add Suspect Duplicates.
In the Add Suspect Duplicates panel, complete the fields.
Tip: You can search for a particular source member.
- On the Add Suspect Duplicates action bar, click Save.

In the Suspect Duplicates table, select the member you want to merge with the target.
- Select Merge to merge the suspected duplicate.
- Select Exclude to exclude a member in the list from the merge process and delete the suspect duplicate relationship.
- Select nothing and the member is ignored in processing and remains in the list of suspected duplicates for the target.
Note: Only one member can be merged at a time. More than one member can be excluded.

On the Merge Suspect Duplicate Members action bar, click Save.
