You can search for and reassign one or more correspondence records (CRs) to a work unit. You can also use the Reassign All Correspondences To field to reassign all CRs to the same work unit.
To reassign a Correspondence
On the Ct Mgmt menu, point to Reassign, and then click Correspondence.
To search for correspondence to or from an entity, in the Correspondence For panel, do one of the following:
To search for correspondence about an entity, in the Inquiring About ID panel, do one of the following:Click Search.
If no matches are found, a message is displayed with the option to click Reset to clear all fields and enter new search information. If too many matches are found, click Reset and search using additional options.
To reassign a CR, on the appropriate row, select the work unit from the Reassign To list.
You can reassign as many CRs as you want from the results table before completing the reassignments.
To reassign all CRs, select the work unit from the Reassign All Correspondence to list.
When you view the CR, the selected work unit appears in the Reassign To field.
