How to Reassign Case Records

You can search for and reassign one or more cases to a work unit. You can also use the Reassign All Cases To field to reassign all cases to the same work unit.

To reassign a case

  1. On the Ct Mgmt menu, point to Reassign, and then click Case.

  2. On the Reassign Case page, complete the fields.

    Tip: For additional search fields, you can also click Advanced Search Options.

  3. Click Search.

    If no matches are found, a message is displayed with the option to click Reset to clear all fields and enter new search information. If too many matches are found, click Reset and search using additional options.

  4. In the search results table, do one of the following:
  5. To reassign the cases, on the Reassign action bar, click Reassign.
