What Is Mass Adjustments?

You use the Mass Adjustment pages to search, add, or edit mass adjustment requests.

Mass adjustment requests create void or replacement claims for a group of claims matching the criteria that you define when you add the request. Once a mass adjustment request has been processed, it cannot be edited.

The void or replacement claims created are suspended in ND MMIS so that they can be reviewed before being released for final processing. You can review and release the claims for final processing on the Claims Correction and Mass Adjustment Claims Selection pages. They can also be released by entering a request for a Suspense Release transaction.
