How to Add or Edit a Mass Adjustment

You can use the Mass Adjustment page to add a mass adjustment request. If a request has not already been processed, you can also edit.

If you open a panel that has an action bar and add or edit information, before continuing, on the panel's action bar, click Save.

Optionally, you can:

• View audit details. To retrieve audit information, close any open panels and, on the action bar, click Audit Log. To view the details for a particular record, click Audit.

• Reset your entries. To display the information on the page or panel as it appeared when you last clicked Save, click Reset.
• Cancel your entries. To close the page or panel without saving your changes, click Cancel.

To add or edit a mass adjustment request

1. On the Claims menu, click Mass Adjustments.
2. Search for the mass adjustment request you want to add to make sure it doesn't already exist or the unprocessed request you want to edit.
3. On the Mass Adjustment page, to add or edit a request, do one of the following:
   • To add a new request, click Add Mass Adjustment.
   • To edit an unprocessed request, continue to the next step.
4. On the Mass Adjustment page, complete the fields.
5. On the Mass Adjustment action bar, click Save.

What's Next?

You must review and release the adjusted claims into adjudication using Claim Correction, Suspense Release, or the Mass Adjustment Claim Selection process.
