How to Delete Fund Code Criteria
You can delete an entire fund code record and all associated assignment criteria, if there are no claims associated to it. You can also delete individual assignment criteria from a record.
You can delete a fund code record if the beginning date is later than the current system date and a claim has not used any of the assignment criteria.
You cannot delete all the assignment criteria from a fund code record.
You can also void fund code criteria.
Optionally, you can:
- View or add notes.
To view or add notes for this record, on the action bar, click Notes.
- View audit details.
To retrieve audit information, close any open panels and, on the action bar, click Audit Log. To view the details for a particular record, click
Audit.
- Reset your entries.
To display the information on the page or panel as it appeared when you last clicked Save, click Reset.
- Cancel your entries.
To close the page or panel without saving your changes, click Cancel.
To delete a fund code record and all associated criteria
- On the Claims menu, point to Adjudication, and then click Fund Code.
- Search for and select the fund code criteria you want to delete.
- On the Fund Code page action bar, click Delete.
To delete fiscal pend criteria details
- On the Claims menu, point to Adjudication, and then click Fund Code.
- Search for and select the fund code record containing the detail criteria you want to delete.

On the Fund Code page, in the Fund Code Assignment Criteria table, click the row of the information you want to delete.
Note: A fund code record must contain at least one assignment criteria.
- To remove the information from the table, on the Assignment Criteria action bar, click Save.
- On the Fund Code action bar, click Save.
