Fraud and Abuse staff are available from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday (except during state holidays). Voicemail and e-mail is available before and after normal business hours and during holidays. You may remain anonymous when you report fraud or abuse. All reports of fraud are forwarded to the appropriate program and investigated. The Department is unable to disclose any information discovered during the investigation to the person referring the fraud or abuse.
