As an Organization or Enterprise Administrator, you use the Reset Password view of the Manage Users page to reset a user's password.

Indicates whether the person's user ID is active, inactive, unlocked, or locked. |
Last Name |
The legal last name of the person. Format: 35 Characters Examples: Stone, Smith, Jones, Apple |
First Name |
The legal first name of the person. Example: Ida |
MI |
The middle initial of the person's name. Format: 1 character Examples: A, B, C, I, O, E |
The e-mail address of the user. Example: ijones@myemail.com |

The contact phone number of the user. Example: 770-555-1212 |
Organizational Role |
The task that person performs within the organization. Example: Claims Specialist |
New Password |
The new one-time password.

Confirm New Password | Confirm the new one-time password. |
What is the reason for this action? |
The reason why the user's password needs to be reset. Example: User forgot password - password reset. |
