As an Organization or Enterprise Administrator, you use the Activate User page to activate a user's account.

Indicates whether the person's user ID is active, inactive, unlocked or locked. |
| Last Name |
The legal last name of the person. Format: 35 Characters Examples: Stone, Smith, Jones, Apple |
| First Name |
The legal first name of the person. Example: Ida |
| MI |
The middle initial of the person's name. Format: 1 character Examples: A, B, C, I, O, E |

The e-mail address of the user. Example: ijones@myemail.com |

| Phone |
The contact phone number of the user. Example: 770-555-1212 |
| Organizational Role |
The task that person performs within the organization. Example: Claims Specialist |
| User ID |
The logon identifier assigned to the user to gain access to the application. Examples: 10815626, ijones |
| What is the reason for this action? |
The reason why the user ID is being activated. Example: User back from military leave. |
