Using Member Maintenance

You use Member Maintenance to edit member information in North Dakota MMIS Web Portal.

To use Member Maintenance

  1. On the Member menu, click Member Maintenance.
  2. Select the Member Maintenance option you need to edit. For example, to edit a member's primary care provider, select the Primary Care Provider (PCP) Spans option.
  3. Search for the member.

  4. On the Member Maintenance page, edit the member's information.
  5. On the Member Maintenance action bar, click Save.

 

Tip: If you need to edit additional information for the member, you can use the Member Detail Links to navigate. You don't need to perform another search unless you need to edit information for a different member.
