What Is Member Maintenance?

The Member Maintenance function of Member is used to edit member information in North Dakota MMIS Web Portal.

You can use the Member Maintenance main menu to edit member information. You can also use the Member Detail Links. These links allow you to update a member's information in several areas (eligibility, personal information, etc.) without performing another search.

The Member Quick Links allow you to view a member's information such as appeals, service authorizations, claims, and more.

For any member pages where an address is added or edited, ND MMIS verifies the address information to ensure it is valid. Member pages that have this verification include case assistance groups, and member representatives.
