Budget Data (Search) Page

You can search for established budget information by entering specific criteria or review all budget information entered in ND MMIS.

The search view of the Budget Data page contains the following panels:

Search Filters Fields

Field	Description
To add an additional line to the budget, click Add Budget Line.
LOB	The unique code that identifies the line of business, a high-level payer, or funding source such as Medicaid.
Biennium Start	The beginning date of the two-year financial period used for calculating financial statements for the State.
Biennium End	The ending date of the two-year financial period used for calculating financial statements for the State.
Business Unit	The State agency responsible for the expenditure.
Division	Department of Human Services agency responsible for the expenditure.
Department ID	The detailed reporting level.
Project	Used to group expenditures by funding.
Fund Code	The budget and funding sources applicable to a claim.
Starts With	The Starts With option tells the system to retrieve all records that start with the search criteria entered.
COS	Category of Service. The services for which enrolled providers are authorized to bill.
Show Voids	Indicator to display voided (inactive) records. Select to display both active and inactive records. Leave blank to display only active records.

Search Results Fields

Field	Description
If more than one match is found, this table is displayed. To view a match, click the appropriate row. None of these fields can be edited.

Void Date	The date the information was voided. If the information has been voided, none of the information can be changed.
