You can sort and open alerts on the Alerts tab of your My Tasks panel on your Home page. An alert can be informational, require action, or serve as a reminder about a correspondence record (CR), case, third-party liability (TPL), medical service questionnaire (MSQ), service authorization, or letter generation request.
By sorting the alerts in due date order you can get all alerts due today to the top of the list. Then you are able to open and resolve them.
Optionally, you can open the record associated with the alert, including its associated letter request, if available.
To sort the Due Date column and its related data, in the Alerts tab of My Tasks, click the up or down arrow. See image
Note: The up arrow sorts in ascending order. The down arrow sorts in descending order.
