How to Open an Alert

You can sort and open alerts on the Alerts tab of your My Tasks panel on your Home page. An alert can be informational, require action, or serve as a reminder about a correspondence record (CR), case, third-party liability (TPL), medical service questionnaire (MSQ), service authorization, or letter generation request.

By sorting the alerts in due date order you can get all alerts due today to the top of the list. Then you are able to open and resolve them.

Optionally, you can open the record associated with the alert, including its associated letter request, if available.

To sort alerts by date

 

To open and view an alert

  1. On My Tasks, click the Alerts tab.
  2. To open the Alert Details panel, in the Alerts table, click the appropriate row.
  3. Review the information.
  4. Optionally, to open a record associated with the alert, in the Alert Details panel, do one of the following based on the type of record.
  5. To go back to My Tasks, on the main menu, click Home.
