My Tasks (Alerts Tab) Panel

You can open an alert for a correspondence record (CR), a case record, third-party liability recovery record, a medical service questionnaire record, service authorization record, or letter generation request from the Alerts tab of the My Tasks panel on your Home page.

The Alerts tab of the My Tasks panel contains the following panels:

 

Alerts Fields

Field Description

These fields are view only. To view details, in the Alerts table, click the appropriate row.

Alert Type The kind of alert such as an appointment, reminder, and approval.
Description Explanation about the alert.
Due Date The date when a user should respond to an alert.
Scope

The type of record associated with the alert.

Examples: CR records, Case Records, TPL Recovery Case records, Service Authorization records, MSQ records

Entity Name The name of the organization, institution, or individual.

 

Alert Details (Case Record) Fields

Field Description
These fields are view-only. To open the record, on the action bar, click Open Case Record. To view the letter request, on the action bar, click Open Letter Request.
Case Record Number

Unique number assigned by ND MMIS when a case is initially created.

Case Type

Indicates what a case is about.

Examples: Provider Appeal, Level of Care Determination

Case Title

The title or name of the case.

Open Date

The date a case was created.

Format: MM/DD/YYYY

Created By

The user who created the case.

Notes

Displays the last note entered for the case.

 

Alert Details (CR) Fields

Field Description
These fields are view-only. To open the record, on the action bar, click Open CR. To view the letter request, on the action bar, click Open Letter Request.
Category

The name of the category. A category is a call reason.

Subject

The name of the subject. A subject is a call reason that is based on the category selected.

Source

The method used to create the correspondence record (CR).

Contact Name

The representative of the entity for which the CR is created.

Created By

The user who created a CR.

Supervisor Approval Required

A check mark indicates that a supervisor needs to review and approve the CR.

Notes

Displays the last note entered for the CR.

 

Alert Details (Other) Fields

Field Description
These fields are view-only. To open the record, on the action bar, click the Open link. To view the letter request, on the action bar, click Open Letter Request.
Alert Number Unique number assigned to the alert.
Alert Type The type of alert.
Alert Status

The status of the alert.

Examples: Open, Closed

Open Date

The date the alert was opened.

Format: MM/DD/YYYY

Created By The person who created or triggered the alert.
Description Explanation about the alert.
