You use the Maintain Templates page to view and edit existing template information.

Void |
Indicates whether the template is active or not. No means the template is active. Yes means the template is not active. |
Template Name | The name of the template |
Template Description | An explanation of what the template is for |
Supervisor Review Required |
Indicates whether a supervisor needs to review and approve a letter request created from a specific template. Note: The Letter Generation Request page automatically displays a check mark in the Supervisor Approval Required field when you select Yes for Supervisor Review. |
Number of Days for Response |
The number of days that an entity has to respond to the letter. Note: This value can be updated in the Letters and Responses panel on a Correspondence Record (CR) or Case Record. On the Letters and Responses panel, this field is called Days Due Back. |
Template ID |
An alphanumeric (alphabet and number) ID that uniquely identifies each template. Example: C223902 |
Available / Associated Keywords Fields

Available Keywords | A list of available keywords to select from in order to associate this template. |
Associated Keywords |
Keywords associated with this template to obtain input when generating a letter. Tip: A template can have multiple keywords. |
