Maintain Templates Page

You use the Maintain Templates page to view and edit existing template information.

 

Maintain Templates Fields

Field Description
To edit a template, in the Maintain Templates table, click the appropriate row.
Void

Indicates whether the template is active or not.

No means the template is active.

Yes means the template is not active.

Template Name The name of the template
Template Description An explanation of what the template is for
Supervisor Review Required

Indicates whether a supervisor needs to review and approve a letter request created from a specific template. 

Note: The Letter Generation Request page automatically displays a check mark in the Supervisor Approval Required field when you select Yes for Supervisor Review.

Number of Days for Response

The number of days that an entity has to respond to the letter.

Note: This value can be updated in the Letters and Responses panel on a Correspondence Record (CR) or Case Record. On the Letters and Responses panel, this field is called Days Due Back.

Template ID

An alphanumeric (alphabet and number) ID that uniquely identifies each template.

Example: C223902

Available / Associated Keywords Fields

  • To move an item from the Available list to the Selected list, select the item, and then click (the right arrow).
  • To move an item from the Selected list to the Available list, select the item, and then click (the left arrow).
  • To select or clear multiple items, press CTRL and click the items.
Available Keywords A list of available keywords to select from in order to associate this template.
Associated
Keywords

Keywords associated with this template to obtain input when generating a letter.

Tip: A template can have multiple keywords.
