How to Delete a Group Level

If a line of business hierarchy reporting unit or business unit level does not have any sub-group levels assigned to it, it can be deleted. The work unit level can only be deleted if there are only closed CRs or case records assigned to it.

Optionally, you can:

• View audit details. To retrieve audit information, close any open panels and, on the action bar, click Audit Log. To view the details for a particular record, click Audit.

• Cancel your entries. To close the page or panel without saving your changes, click Cancel.

To delete a group level

1. On the Contact Mgmt menu, point to Maintenance, and then click Manage Groups.

2. On the Maintain Contact Management Groups page, in the Contact Management Groups Navigator panel, click the appropriate LOB, and then navigate to the group-level you want to delete.
3. On the panel action bar, click Delete.
