Entity (Search Results) Page

The search results table is displayed if your search finds multiple matches for the entity.

 

Search Results Fields

Field Description

If more than one match is found, this table is displayed. To view a match, click the appropriate row. None of these fields can be edited.
Entity ID

The unique identifier used for an entity in ND MMIS about which (healthcare) information needs to be maintained.

Name or County Name

The name of the entity.
Organization Name

The name of the organization that the entity is associated with.

If the search is performed using Organization Name, then this field is displayed.
Address The primary address of the entity.
City The city of the primary address of the entity.
