How to Add or Edit a Suspense Release Request

You use the Suspense Release page to add a suspense release request to release a group of suspended claims to adjudication or to edit or delete a suspense release request that has not yet been processed.

Optionally, you can:

• View audit details. To retrieve audit information, close any open panels and, on the action bar, click Audit Log. To view the details for a particular record, click Audit.

• Reset your entries. To display the information on the page or panel as it appeared when you last clicked Save, click Reset.
• Cancel your entries. To close the page or panel without saving your changes, click Cancel.

To add or edit a suspense release request 

1. On the Claims menu, click Suspense Release.
2. Search for the suspense release request you want to add to make sure it doesn't exist or that you want to edit.
3. On the Suspense Release page, to add or edit a suspense release request, do one of the following:
   • To add, click Add Suspense Release.
   • To edit, continue to the next step.
4. In the header panel, complete the Request Type field.
5. In the panel that is displayed depending on the request type, complete the fields:
   • Batch Request
   • Miscellaneous Request
6. On the Suspense Release page action bar, click Save.
