How to Delete TPL Matrix Criteria

You can delete TPL matrix criteria if the beginning date is later than or equal to the current date.

You can also chose to edit the TPL coverage criteria and close it with an ending date, making it no longer used for processing claims dated after this date.

To delete TPL matrix criteria

  1. On the Claims menu, point to Adjudication, and then click TPL Matrix.

    Tip: To filter the table to show specific assignments, use the Display Filter options, and then click Filter.

  2. On the Claim TPL Matrix page, in the table, click the row of the information you want to delete.
  3. On the Claim TPL Matrix action bar, click Delete.
