You use the Claim Locking page to page to view locked claims and delete the claim locks. It contains the following panels:

| To filter the information displayed, enter or select the search criteria, and click Search. | |
| User ID |
The logon identifier assigned to the user to gain access to the application. |
| Lock Code |
The assigned code placed on the claim record at the time it was locked. Examples: C_HDR_TB, CLAIMS B_SYS_ID |
| Lock Key |
The key assigned by the application when the claim record was locked. Note: The lock key entered must exactly match the key on the claim. |
| Lock Date |
The date that the claim record was locked. Format: MM/DD/YYYY |
| Field | Descriptions |

| Lock Date | The date that the claim record was locked. |

| Delete | If selected, indicates that the lock on the claim record is to be deleted. |
