How to Search for a Network

Use the Search Network page to find a ND MMIS provider network. You can then view details about the network, including what MMIS benefit plans it is associated with on the Network page.

Optionally, you can add a network.

Use the Plan Navigator page to find the networks associated with a particular benefit plan.

To search for a network

  1. On the Rules Mgmt menu, click Network.
  2. On the Search Network page, complete the appropriate field.

Note: If you want to search for all records, leave the Search Filters fields blank.

  3. Click Search.

If more than one match is found, a results table with matches is displayed. Click the up or down arrow next to a column heading to sort the table in ascending or descending sequence according to that column. Click a row to display that match.

If one match is found, it is displayed instead of the results table.

If no matches are found, a message is displayed with the option to click Reset to clear all fields and enter new search information. If too many matches are found, click Reset and search using additional options.

To search for the networks associated with an MMIS benefit plan

  2. To see a list of all the networks associated with the indicated MMIS plan, on the Plan Navigator main page, in the Benefit Plan - Provider Network Association panel, review the information.
