You use the Provider Inquiry/Maintenance - Security page to view information about the Organization Administrator and other users in the provider organization. You can also request a new AVR PIN and reset the password for a user.
The Organization Administrator is the primary Web account user for the organization. The Organization Administrator controls the creation and maintenance of additional user accounts and the roles assigned to them.
After initial enrollment is approved, changes to the Organization Administrator's detailed information are performed only by the Enterprise Administrator, using pages only accessible to this authorized user. However, in most cases, you can usually reset the password for a provider's Organization Administrator.
The Provider Inquiry/Maintenance - Security page contains the following pod and panel:
You can open or close certain panels. Click (the plus sign) beside a panel to open the panel. Click
(the minus sign) to close the panel.
If you access this page through Provider Inquiry, all fields are view-only.

Organization Name | The name of the provider organization. The organization name might not be unique. |

The logon identifier assigned to the user to gain access to the application. |
OrgAdmin | Indicates if the user is the provider's Organization Administrator. |
Prefix |
Title that comes before a person's legal name indicating how he or she are to be addressed personally or within a letter. Examples: Mr., Mrs. Ms, Dr. |
Last Name |
The legal last name of the Organization Administrator. Examples: Stone, Smith, Jones, Apple |
First Name |
The legal first name of the person. Example: Ida |

The middle initial of the person's name. Examples: A, B, O |
Suffix |
Additional information about the user that follows the person's legal name providing their social, academic or professional title. Examples: Sr., Jr., III, PhD., Esq. |
