You can search for a member representative using either the representative's name or organization or by searching for the member to whom the representative is assigned. After a representative has been selected, you can also search for additional members to associate to this member representative.
To search for a member representative/associated member
On the Member menu, point to Member Maintenance, and then click Member Representative Spans.
On the Member Representative page, do one of the following:
To search for a member representative if you know the representative's name or organization, click the Rep Name tab.
To search for a member to either add or edit an representative, click the appropriate tab, depending on the information you have available for your search:
To search for a member to associate to the displayed member representative, in the Associated Members for the Member Representative panel, click Add Member Association, and then select the appropriate tab, depending on the information you have available for your search:
Complete the fields, entering any additional fields to narrow your search.
Tip: Use the From Date field to search for only members that have been added as of the date specified. Not applicable to Associated Member search.
Tip: If more than one line of business exists within the State, entering a specific Line of Business helps to refine your search. Not applicable to Associated Member search.
Click Search.
If more than one match is found, a results table with matches is displayed. Click the up or down arrow next to a column heading to sort the table in ascending or descending sequence according to that column. Click a row to display that match.
If one match is found, it is displayed instead of the results table.
If no matches are found, a message is displayed with the option to click Reset to clear all fields and enter new search information. If too many matches are found, click Reset and search using additional options.
