How to Search for a Financial Payout

You are here: Accounts Payable > Payout > How to Search for a Financial Payout

You use the Search Payout page to search for payouts. You can search using the financial control number (FCN) or payee information.

To search for a financial payout

On the Financial menu, point to Accounts Payable, and then click Payout.
On the Search Payout page, click the appropriate tab based on the information you have available for your search.
- FCN
- Payee/Payer
Complete the field(s).
Click Search.

If you use the FCN tab, a payout record is displayed.

If you use the Payee/Payer tab, a search results table or payout record is displayed. To view the payout record if a search results table is displayed, click the appropriate row in the table.

If no matches are found, a message is displayed with the option to click Reset to clear all fields and enter new search information. If too many matches are found, click Reset and search using additional options.
