You use the Claims Inquiry Search Member tab to search for claims using member information.
The Member tab of the Claims Inquiry Search page contains the following panels:

Member ID | The member ID is a unique identifier assigned to a member. |
DOS Begin |
Date of service begin. First date of service. Format: MM/DD/YYYY |
DOS End |
Date of service end. Last date of service. Format: MM/DD/YYYY |
Media Source |
Indicates how the claim was received. Examples: Paper, Web |
If more than one record is found, a table with matching records is displayed.
