How to Access and Download Documents and Forms

Documents and forms that are listed on the North Dakota MMIS Web Portal can be opened and read. The various types of documents and forms used are:

doc - Word document
xls - Excel document
pdf - Adobe Portable Document Format

Tip: PDF format files can only be read using the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer before you can open and read Adobe PDF files.

To access a list of documents and forms

Do one of the following:
- On the Documentation menu, click Documents & Forms.
- On the Quick Links pod, click Documents & Forms.
To open the document or form, click the appropriate row.

The corresponding document or form is displayed.

To download a document or form

Do one of the following:
- On the Documentation menu, click Documents & Forms.
- On the Quick Links pod, click Documents & Forms.
Click the title of the document or form.

The document or form is opened and a download confirmation window is displayed.
Do one of the following:
- To download to your computer's desktop, click Download.
- To download to a location on your computer, click Save.
- To cancel downloading, click Cancel.
