NDC Drug Look Up Page

Use the NDC (National Drug Code) Look Up page to search for drug information. You can search for drug information by benefit plan, name, and date.

The NDC Drug Look Up page consists of the following panels:

Drug Search Fields

Field Description
NDC Select to search using the NDC.
Drug Name Select to search using the drug name
Search For

The information for which to search .
Effective Date The date for search.

 

Search Results Fields

Field Description
NDC National Drug Code. Indicates the NDC number. Click the number to display details for the selected NDC on a separate panel below this table.
Brand Name

Indicates the brand name of the drug.

Example: Advil
Strength

Indicates the strength of each unit of distribution.

Example: 200 mg.
Form

The billing form.
