How to Use the NDC Drug Look Up

You can search for drug information by benefit plan, name, and date.

To use the NDC drug look up search option

1. On the Directories menu, click NDC Drug Look Up.

   The NDC Drug Look Up page is displayed.

2. Fill in the search criteria fields on the Drug Search panel.

3. Click on Search.

   The Search Results panel is displayed.
