How to View Resources

You use the Resources link located on the Quick Links pod to access training material available to you and/or providers. There are five categories of training available:

• Provider Manuals - Lists the general medical information used by providers.
• Billing Manuals - Lists the billing information used by providers.
• Training - Lists reference materials used in training.

Note: For manuals that are in PDF format, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer in order to view and print them.

To view a resource item

1. To view a resource item, click the Resource link..

   The resource item is displayed in a separate browser.

2. To print a document, right click and then select the print option.

   Tip: Show Me items cannot be printed.

3. Select your printer and then click print.
