How to Access Provider or Trading Partner FAQs

The North Dakota MMIS Web Portal provides you with a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) that you may have as a provider. The FAQs are in .pdf format and require that you have Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer.

To find FAQs

1. Do one of the following:

   • On the Provider menu, click Provider FAQ.
   • On the Provider menu, click Enrollment and in the Become a Provider or Become a Trading Partner panel, click FAQ.

   The Frequently Asked Questions page is displayed.
