You use the Transactions page to add or edit the type of transactions you submit or receive as a trading partner to the enrollment application.
The Transactions page for Trading Partner Enrollment contains the following panels:

| Would you like to send transactions? |
Indicate if you plan to transmit transactions. If Yes is selected, the Transaction Type panel is displayed so that you can indicate which transaction types you plan to send by the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). |

Transaction Type Fields Indicates the types of transaction to be sent by the trading partner and the begin date for the transmission. If the trading partner classification is Carrier, only the 271 (TPL Coverage Response) and 835 Remittance Advice transaction types are available and Begin Date is not displayed. |

| All | This option selects all the transactions listed. |
| Proprietary Interface File | Indicates you want to send proprietary interface files. |
| 270 (Eligibility Inquiry) | Indicates you want to send this transaction. |
| 271 (TPL Coverage Response) | Indicates you want to send this transaction. |
| 276 (Claim Inquiry) | Indicates you want to send this transaction. |
| 278 (Service Authorization Request) | Indicates you want to send this transaction. |
| 835 Remittance Advice TPL | Indicates you want to send this third-party liability claim payment advice transaction. |
| 837D (837 Dental) | Indicates you want to send this transaction. |
| 837I (837 Institutional) | Indicates you want to send this transaction. |
| 837P (837 Professional) | Indicates you want to send this transaction. |

Select Yes or No to indicate which transaction types you plan to retrieve. If Yes is selected, the Transaction Type panel is displayed so that you can indicate which transaction types you wish to receive. |

Transaction Type Fields Indicates the types of transaction to be received by the trading partner. If the trading partner classification is Carrier, the 270 (TPL Coverage Inquiry), 837I (TPL Pay and Chase), and 837P (TPL Pay and Chase) transaction types are available. |

| Retrieval Connections |
For each type of transaction, the connection method used by the trading partner to retrieve it. Examples: Inbox, Connect Direct |
| All | This option selects all the transactions listed. |
| 270 (TPL Coverage Inquiry) | Indicates you want to retrieve this transaction. |
| 271 (Eligibility Response) | Indicates you want to retrieve this transaction. |
| 277 (Claim Inquiry Response) | Indicates you want to retrieve this transaction. |
| 278 (Service Authorization Response) | Indicates you want to retrieve this transaction. |
| 820 (Premium Payment) | Indicates you want to retrieve this transaction. |
| 834 (Managed Care Enrollment) | Indicates you want to retrieve this transaction. |
| 835 (Remittance Advice) | Indicates you want to retrieve this transaction. |
| 837I (TPL Pay and Chase) | Indicates you want to retrieve this transaction. |
| 837P (TPL Pay and Chase) | Indicates you want to retrieve this transaction. |
| Retrieval Connection | Indicate the retrieval connection for the transaction type. |

Indicates the delivery destination for the selected transactions Example: Inbox |
| Segment Delimiter | Indicates the format of segment delimiter the trading partner is to receive in the transactions selected. The segment delimiter is specified by the ASC X12 standards for health care. |
| Element Delimiter | Indicates the format of element delimiter the trading partner is to receive in the transactions selected. The segment delimiter is specified by the ASC X12 standards for health care. |
| Sub Element Delimiter | Indicates the format of sub element delimiter the trading partner is to receive in the transactions selected. The segment delimiter is specified by the ASC X12 standards for health care. |
