A member logs on to North Dakota MMIS Web Portal to access secure information regarding the member's claims and provider visits.
To log on as a member
On the public Home page, in the Sign In pod, click Member.
The Member Login page is displayed.
On the Member Login page, enter your Member ID as it appears on your Member ID card and your PIN (personal identification number).
Tip: If you forget your PIN or locked your account (received three consecutive messages that your log on failed), then click Request New Pin/Unlock My Account to request a new PIN and have your account unlocked.
Click Login.
The Member Home page is displayed.
Note: If your North Dakota MMIS Web Portal session times out automatically, you can repeat the previous steps to log in again.
